Howard Song

Howard Song

Director of Charter Operations

Howard Song is the Director of Charter Operations at Camber, leading our team of flight advisors in providing outstanding service to our customers. Howard’s love of aviation started as a child looking through a pair of binoculars for airplanes on final descent into LAX. This passion led him to become a flight attendant with Northwest Airlines in the mid 90s and as his family grew, he realized being halfway around the world didn’t work. He decided to plant his feet back on terra ferma and tried his hand at a “civilian job,” but caught himself staring at the sky, and realized he had to go back. This time he took a more grounded approach by gaining experience at a fixed based operator and then moving into charter and logistics. He has spent the last decade working and leading charter and logistics departments. Along with his love of aviation, his family has spent the better part of a decade helping his son train and compete at a very high level in target archery. They realized one of his goals when he became a member on the 2018 USA Junior Men’s Archery Team. He is currently attending college on the east coast, but will hopefully continue after graduation. Howard currently resides in Diamond Bar, CA with his wife, son, daughter, and Border Collie.

Jocelyn Molina

Jocelyn Molina

Senior Flight Advisor

Jocelyn Molina is a Senior Flight Advisor at Camber, working with customers to ensure a smooth experience from booking through a completed flight. Jocelyn grew up across the street from the Hawthorne Municipal Airport, clueless of the operation. Her private aviation career took off when she was hired at Jet Center Los Angeles as a CSR where she learned the phonetic alphabet, aircraft types, and all about jet fuel. Eight months later, she became the CSR Manager at Jet Center LA and began attending NBAA Schedulers and Dispatchers conferences where she met hundreds of charter operators, FBO directors, fuel distributors, pilots, flight attendants, etc. Realizing there was so much about private aviation to learn, she went back extremely motivated to her bosses and asked for more. During that time, Jet Center Los Angeles had started up their own charter company, Advanced Air Charters, so once they purchased their first set of King Air 350s, she moved on up to Flight Scheduling to learn all about the Part 91 and 135 operation. A year into flight scheduling, the fleet grew and her responsibilities grew with it, so she became the Flight Scheduling Manager, and was in that position for about 5 years. More recently, Jocelyn took a break from work, traveled, moved to Dallas, got married, had a baby, and thought her aviation days were over until our Director of Charter Operations, Howard, called her and convinced her to join the team at Camber. When she is not at her desk, Jocelyn loves to travel and spend all the time in the world with her beautiful 18 month old daughter who she’s currently obsessed with...until she hits her teen years.
